As for Taqueria La Ventana - it's simple... the Coppell ordinance fir Old Town or really any restaurant location in the city states that the food sales must be higher than the alcohol sales. That means no wineries or brewery's in Coppell and Taqueria doesn't have a business model that fits the ordinance. To change it - or align our city with everyone around us - citizens must come up with a "change" petition signed by citizens. At that point it would come up to council through city staff. Citizens or city staff can ask for changes in city ordinances but in this case citizens need to unite to make the change.
