Thanks for another informative edition. You forgot one noteworthy event, however. I know it’s not up there with Plunger Boys and school closures, but the CVS on Sandy Lake finally got their new front door.

Thank you for putting into words my exact feelings about them.
Loved, loved, loved this week’s Chronicle. The Plunger Boy article was fun and nostalgic to see and hear those names. I sent it to my daughters who were in high school at the time.
The Dart pictures and video and story was awesome!👏🏻
And l love hearing the successes in academics, sports, and the arts by our Coppell Student!
Big thanks to Jenny Echols, Carol Lacey McGuire, May Olson, Todd Storch, and Brad Hunt for their help in tracking down former Plunger Boys.
Brandt Rensmeyer was also Plunger Boy in 2008!
Yup. As I understand things, he was the Plunger Boy during the 2007-2008 school year, sandwiched between the Gottlich brothers, Tres and Caleb.
Yep he and Tres were in the corps together at TX A&M.

Loved the video from the Silver Line. Thanks!
Also, your last sentence about none of the Plunger Boys becoming a plumber made me laugh out loud. 😂

Thank you for keeping us informed and connected!
Loved your Plunger Boy story!
CORRECTION: As originally published, the Town Center article misidentified Cheryl Engler as Carol Engler.
Maybe I missed the followup story, but when are we getting our new trash cans from Republic?
Greg, the goal is for us to get them by October of 2026.
In a year?🙄
Thanks for asking this, Greg!
I was wondering the same last week.
Former Assistant Superintendent Kristen Eichel was arrested the day after the last board meeting.
I became aware after publishing this edition. I'm looking into it.
