Very smart not to shove all the dual language kids in Denton Creek. They were complaining that Cottonwood Creek was below capacity. That would be an option to send the DLI students there.
Are you maybe confusing IB and DLI? I’m asking because, at this point, the DLI kids don’t have to go anywhere. All the trustees did last night was approve the closure of Pinkerton (the IB campus) and divide its attendance zone among Wilson and Austin. The future home of the IB program is undecided.
I thought you (or someone else) said they were going to move all the DLI program to Denton Creek because Wilson would need the room for Pinkerton kids. My son goes to Denton Creek for early childhood and many of the parents were upset because that would cause the kids in the Denton Creek area to go somewhere else.

Moving all of the DLI kids to Denton Creek was the administration’s recommendation, but the trustees took no action on that recommendation last night.
Yes. I was praising the trustees for not taking that suggestion because it's not a wise one. In my opinion, of course.
