Everyone who knew Pete Wilson was touched by his kindness and generous spirit. I’m proud to say all my children had Pete as a drama teacher.
Pete stayed active in the community, which he loved. I taught in the school named after his dad! We worked together on the Coppell Retired Teacher Association. Pete was our historian. Who wouldn’t have guessed that?
He will be sadly missed!
Dan, I think I still have a booklet about the history of Coppell from the Centennial celebration. If I find it, I’ll send it to you.
We were at “SpongeBob the Musical” Sat. night as well (so glad are tickets weren’t the Fri show that was canceled :( If I would’ve spotted you I would’ve definitely said “Hey there, you’re Dan Koller!” :)
I graduated from CHS, class of 84, and I had the pleasure of seeing Mr. Wilson again after all these years at CAS (It’s A Wonderful Life) performed in the black box theatre named after him. After the show I walked up to him and said “you may not remember me after all these years, but I remember you!” We chatted for a bit and then I gave him a big hug.❤️
Love your news! And yes, Tuesday’s meeting might be a bit crazy.

Turn of the century. We get new ambulances every 4-5 years? Wow, I didn’t know their lifespan was so short!
That was also news to me. I wonder how often the fire trucks and the cops' SUVS are replaced.
