I didn’t realize that the Robin Hood money now goes to the general fund. That’s troublesome because as you mentioned, we don’t know where that money is being spent. I remember when the Dallas Morning News would publish how the money was being used from the Robin Hood funds. It would make us feel better that less fortunate students were getting items like new computers or Smartboards.
In the new bond, there was no mention in replacing Pinkerton. I thought that might be on the table, too. I love the school, but with the new Dart trains going by, I thought it might be time to move and build a brand new Pinkerton!
