Absolutely love your election coverage, as always. Easily worth the price of admission!

Thank you for the Coppell election information which gives me hope (except for VATRE not passing). Also, I always “lol”when reading your work! I’m so grateful for the newsletter!

Another interesting Coppell Chronicle helping us stay informed. Thank you!

The shapes of our congressional voting districts look like modern art! LOL! I hope one day gerrymandering will be a thing of the past!

Appreciate finally seeing the election results. I was looking for Prop A results and never could find it since the city website is still down. Lots of good information in your newsletter. Thanks.

I know some readers are confused by my map of the Coppell ISD precincts because it doesn’t include street names. I’ll endeavor to add those in the future. In the meantime, here’s a link where you can get more info about the precincts’ boundaries: https://www.dallascountyvotes.org/public-information/precincts-maps/

Hi, there might be a future article about a kids ice hockey team winning first out of 32 teams in Chicago. The young man (age 11-12?) is my neighbor and scored one of the two “STARS-based” team winning goals…in the last of the 6 games. Interestingly, a girl of one of this team’s power players. ( pink-trimmed skates and hockey stick) As far as I know, only the young man is from Coppell, but they train at the STARS training ice rink. It was last weekend. Might contact STARS for info…on its Youth League. I heard the win by the team from Texas floored the Chicago and North-based teams, by hearsay only.

Not sure why you are having trouble making sense of the address on driver's licenses. They have always shown the mailing address. Would you be happier if they showed the full legal address instead (with lot and block info, etc)?

"Many of those IDs belonged to Cypress Waters residents, and their IDs included this: “COPPELL, TX 75019.” Yet these folks all got to vote on the proposed changes to Dallas’ city charter, because Cypress Waters is technically part of Big D. I understand why their mail says they live in Coppell; it’s because Cypress Waters is serviced by Coppell’s post office. But the mention of Coppell on their driver’s licenses doesn’t make sense."

I deleted my reply. Too condemning.
