Drones Will Soon Fly Into Sky Over Coppell • Region’s Packages Get Processed in Our City • Leaves in Plastic Bags Destined for Landfill • Commission Endorses New Drive-Thru Eatery
I would have loved to see your article on the 121/I-635 reconfiguration. Its reversion to the “original” design without matching signage/striping was half-cocked. Unfortunately, the new, matching signage does not seem to have made a significant improvement to flow—like anyone even reads.
My husband will be so happy for a Jason’s in Coppell instead of driving to the one on 3040 just east of 35 across from Target which does btw have a drive-thru.
“Try to remain calm, folks.” had me laughing out loud! If there is a chick-fil-a that needs a re-do, it’s 100% that one. It’ll suck to have it closed, but thank goodness they’re doing it!
Dan, Zipline included my yard in a survey to prepare for neighborhood deliveries, so I got to see and hear one of their drones up close as it practiced maneuvering around my lawn. It was less noisy than someone using yard equipment.
I always look forward to your weekly editions and found this one especially chockful of interesting news. I agree with others that not having a near-by Chick-fil-a will take some adjustment. Enjoyed learning about local Walmart drones, 75099, the volume of mail going through the distribution center, new restaurants, and CFBISD enrollment issues. Continue the great work!

I should have remembered (and mentioned) that Jason's Deli. I often take my sons to the Taco Casa next door.

Thanks for your excellent reporting, Dan. Happy Holidays!
CORRECTION: The Chick-fil-A is supposed to be demolished in May, not March.
