We dine mostly in Coppell so I have a few - Pan-Roasted Chicken at Victor's, Chicken Piccata at San Danielle, Kale Salad w/Chicken at J Mack's, Tacos Al Carbon at Anamia's and the Crispy Chicken Tacos at Ole's on Taco Tuesday. I'm always amazed when people say we don't have enough good places to eat in Coppell!

Sea bass at San Danielle is the way to go. Macklins meatloaf is a close second.

Ribeye steak from Hard Eight, cooked medium. I can devour the 16 oz on my own, but prefer the 8 oz portion to leave room for baked potato and a serving of cobbler.

Glad to hear subscribers braved the weather to attend your library presentation!

I am a Valley Ranch/Coppell ISD homeowner/subscriber who appreciates your updates about my neighborhood, Cypress Waters, & Coppell ISD/City of Coppell.

Perhaps you could someday schedule a similar event at the Valley Ranch Library? I promise I would attend (and I would not miss your presentation by hanging out in "the stacks").

Given the way the new intersection looks at Sandy lake I think it may be a permanent closure! And thanks to you I went back and watched some of the presentations on the phase 2 website. I’d looked there before but didn’t watch the presentations. Anyway, the excessive fly overs appear to be express lane exits which will pull express lane people over the general lanes so there’s no 3 lane dash as before.

Have you heard anything about the Coppell City Council meeting on Tuesday regarding City Manager Mike Land’s duties and performance?

Yes. They gave him a raise and extended his contract through April of 2027. I’ll have more details in the April 28 edition.
